Daily Duties at Anderson Dubose :

 Accountable for overseeing department operations, managing projects/resources, supervising finances, and managing a team encompassing JD Edwards, technical support, and software development. Reports to the Owner/President Warren Anderson Analyzes and Negotiates contracts, directs long-range planning, prepares/monitors budgets up to $1M, conducts ROI studies, and negotiates with vendors to purchase equipment while managing a $1M annual budget. Project managed the lifecycle of multiple, large-scale projects which included developing, authoring, distributing, and implementing enhanced process/procedural manuals and literature, standardizing purchasing, procurement, inventory, and logistics operations. Architected the IT build of a $30M distribution center. This included the planning, budgeting, and hands on installation of the infrastructure with a 5 year sustainability metric. Managed several cloud based programs spanning business intelligence and logistics.
