Daily Duties at Mayo Clinic Central Clinical Laboratory:

This position requires the ability to multi-task, problem solving skill, and technical knowledge to produce accurate patient results in a timely manner. Problem solving skills and technical knowledge are required to troubleshoot the various testing platforms used in the lab including chemistry, coagulation a hematology analyzers. Knowledge of the various testing methodologies including photometric, immunoassay, mechanical, flow cell, and HPLC are required as well. Currently, I am the evening Lead so I am in charge of managing lab operations and providing assistance for my team in the evenings. The ability to work with a wide variety of individuals and strong communication skills are a must.
