This lead to 100% revenue growth in Yodlee Interactive business line. • Lead organizational wide steering committee to ensure proper prioritization across portfolios, KPI management, allocate and track budgets across portfolios. • Formed Center of Execution Excellence as a body overseeing overall delivery, governance, and process improvements across the organization. Lead the transition from quality control to quality assurance. Better prioritization and overall quality focus improved solution delivery by 20%. • Executive responsible for Yodlee’s incubator program P&L – FinApps and go to market in the FI space.
