12 months experience as Oracle DBA and SQL Server DBA. Supervised code review with all application analysts. Instructed application staff in code optimization techniques, Oracle and SQL Server. Developed & approved scripts in Oracle & SQL Server for test environments. Performed database monitoring, tested & implemented improvements; used both SQL Server Management Studio and Confio Ignite tools. Supervised client database upgrades; implemented fixes as needed. Developed upgrade scripts for Oracle and SQL Server upgrade tasks. Developed coding templates; also functions & procedures for error handling.
