Member of the executive team, responsible for managing FreeMonee’s advertising network and General Manager for the AdCards™ platform. • Managed team responsible for ad campaign: campaign management, customer support, operations, professional services as well as product development for AdCards™. • Responsible for project prioritization, project risk profile assessment and KPI management across FreeMonee ad network. Used KPI data to make recommendation for project prioritization and saved the organization $2.5M in operational costs. • Managed FreeMonee’s M&A portfolio. • Furthered existing merchant relationships by providing performance results report, analytics expertise, and designing solutions that better suit merchant needs.
