Daily Duties at Csc:
Develop internal auditor program based on ISO 9001 2008 requirements, created and oversaw corrective action program, review test plans, assist with writing test procedures, accompany ISO Registrar during surveillances and audits, update quality program, transition to service management concept (ITIL/ITSM)
