Daily Duties at My Career Tranistions:
Volunteered as a Project Manager, Instructional Designer and Developer of a Google Site for the My Career Transitions supplementary new member orientation website Organized e-learning components for ancillary website by providing information over 700 members. Worked with SME to create orientation videos, questionnaires, technical documents, and e-learning segments for over 700 members. Based upon data gleaned from questionnaires, implemented changes to an ancillary website. Increased attendance of face-to-face orientation by 40% by building the ancillary website within a six-month period; its proposed timetable had been one year.
