Daily Duties at Paradigm Technologies Inc.:

QUALITY ASSURANCE: Managed assigned contract programs and award fee evaluation functions in relation to Federal acquisition regulation specifications. Engaged with functional specialists in contracting, engineering , program control, configuration management, test, information assurance, and sustainment. Collected and reviewed each functional area’s assessment of contractor’s progress to be used in award fee write-up. Analyzed and interpreted correct and proposed policy and guidelines, and assessed business processes reengineering impacts on quality assurance. DOCUMENTATION: Developed critical tools, processes, and procedures needed for CDRL data delivery process success to meet the requirements for the Weapon System Integrator (WSI) contract award. Key contact in documentation planning, including clarifying the interrelationships and dependencies between documents, meetings, and other on-going activities. Responsible for writing CDRLs and creating Exhibit A package to be used in contract. Received and tracked incoming CDRLs from WSI and logged into a web site data repository for department review. ACQUISITION SUPPORT: Gathered, reviewed, and provided assessment of progress of contractor in meeting program objectives. Key coordinator of Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and created Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various areas. Contributed to improvement of Acquisition and Requirement processes.
