Daily Duties at Perot Systems Government Services:
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT: Initiated and executed comprehensive support for key initiatives in program, providing coordination in engineering, contracting, financial management, configuration management, testing, and quality assurance. Integral in critical reviews and updates, and recommended changes to two major defense contractors Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Reviewed contractor deliverable products, including technical work performance, milestone schedules, status reports, and cost performance reports. Uncovered and mitigated project-critical issues through deep analysis and technical expertise. Selected to assist Government Program Manager in preparation and coordination of documents and briefings. QUALITY ASURANCE: Assisted Government Program Manager in the preparation and coordination of Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) and Award Fee document/briefings by providing inputs and assessments of the technical and programmatic progress of Missile Defense Agency (MDA)/Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) and USAF projects.
