Daily Duties at Price Consulting Company:
Conduct on-site inspections of a workplace selected by the Client. The inspections are focused upon the property and casualty risks associated with a particular workplace. The results of the inspection are submitted to the Underwriter who determines the level of risk associated with the workplace; whether or not to provide coverage for the business, and set the level of premiums to be paid by the client. Organize appointments and travel distances within a territory to support the conducting of insurance casualty/risk assessment surveys and Property Surveys. Execute the survey operation utilizing a thorough understanding of Worker's Compensation, General Liability, Property and Auto Liability Coverage. Utilize good communication and writing skills to present a well-written, polished report that can be submitted on-line to the Client. Conduct survey report processing using a Home PC or Laptop with Microsoft Word, High Speed Internet Access and Digital Camera to capture essential photographs of the survey being performed. Continuously observe business operations at a given work site while evaluating management practices to determine if safety issues and hazards to include knowledge of State, Federal and NFPA regulations that affect insurance premiums are adequately controlled.
