Daily Duties at Milliman:

• Provide client related training to the benefit service team • Perform full, monthly reconciliations of pension payments for clients with Trustees • Prepare written communications for participants regarding benefit inquiries and payment issues • Process and review manual calculations and ensure accuracy of system generated calculations • Analyze pension benefits and prepare associated participant paperwork in accordance with plan provisions • Manage client relationships and trustees by providing innovative solutions to complex client issues • Conduct essential research for pension related inquiries • Transmit information to Trustee for payment initiation and payment changes • Identify, analyze, and assist with updating process improvements • Lead liaison for providing training on pension benefits to benefit service representatives
