Daily Duties at The Wall Street Inn:
Being one of the first contact for this couple, I was giving the responsibility to use my input in putting together the entire operational structure of the Hotel, in time that its construction was to be completed. ** I establish contact and choose "REMCO SOFTWARE" and had them installed the latest software available, ""NITEVISION" for the Operations, and that network was successfully built in a 7Days. I Send adds in various Newspapers for help wanted for different positions for The Front Office and Housekeeping, except the engeneering and maintenance was filled by them using their staffs from their various apartment building around the city. Therefore, I searched, Interviewed, recruit and trained all Front Desk staff with the software that I already knew about very well. Contacted the Fire Department to set an account for Fire Safety Account with the Hotel and choose the Electro-Digital Fire Command Station that still serve I guest. Search and established contact via telephone/fax, and physical appearance with surrounding companies for reveling customer relationship with this new Home away from Home.
