Doctrine Training and Tactics (DTT)/ New Equipment Team Prepared and presented formal instructions to Field Artillery Officers on multiple weapon systems. Provided a total of 320 hours of formal Field Artillery training including overseeing live fire exercises for new cannon crews. Wrote and revised doctrinal instruction material. Received several accolades for performance. Selected over nine other supervisors to serve as senior supervisor for the Doctrine Training and Tactics/ New Equipment Team (NET). Prepared and administered written examinations and trained personnel on techniques and procedures.
