Daily Duties at New York Athletic Club:
Take reservation from members or Guest of members with the provision of the member's accredited number. Making sure that all reservation of the day are properly taking into account in the financial monitoring system that constitute the main elements for the audit. Make sure that reciprocal company's have the allotment needed for non member executives that share the hotel with members. Run the Audit and distribute reports to appropriate department. Check guest in and out with membership cards or Credit Card for non member accepted from reciprocal companys. As Fire Safety Director, Do Monthly Fire Drill, Make sure that all fighter fighting equipments are in place and in a excellent operating condition.
