Daily Duties at Hotel 414 Inn:
Listening to Guest and solve their problems by directing or accommodating their needs as either tourist visitors or local in need of comfortable addresses in the the large city of New York. Take reservation from international or local potential guests, oversee the work of shifts 1 and 2 for accuracy, constantly with EXTRANET to update our availablity and revise allotment for various Travel Agent that works with the Hotel. Assist the General Manager in Interviewing applicant, tranined new recruit and ensured a smooth integration of the newly recruit within the crew in place. Check guest in or out of the hotel with professionalism. Making sure that all fire fighting installation are in place and well maintained. Situations and actions taking were always giving a satisfactory results regardless of the complexity of the the situation.
