Daily Duties at Verizon Wireless:
Retail Sales Consultant- I led our Retail to Business initiatives which included cold calls to new business customers, prospecting, funnel management, and outside events. Trained and mentored new Sales Representatives, contacted new and existing customers to discuss how their needs could be met with specific products and services. Always exceeded quota and KPI’s. Business Account Executive- Handled account management, funnel processing to acquire new business and renewals, product and service presentations, held employee day functions to inspire more sales, quoted prices and negotiated prices, explained contracts and credit terms and offered other recommendations. Senior Sales Representative- Responsibilities included scheduling employees, inventory management, exceed my personal quota and that my store succeeded as a whole.
