Daily Duties at Bank Of America:
Subject Matter Expert and support of VM-based Billing and MIS application for offshore banking customers transferring funds in US Dollars. Full SDLC responsibilities using Waterfall method, including assisting in gathering of business requirements, generating design documents, building test cases for unit and system integration testing, writing implementation plan documents. Worked as developer and/or directed offshore contract resources to implement project requirements.
