• Used CA ticketing and email communication to track and respond to colleague VPN issues • Called colleagues requesting follow up to troubleshoot and determine root causes to VPN issues • Guided colleagues through the process of setting up VPN connections on laptops or desktop PC’s • Explained to colleagues how to use RSA Key Fob to access VPN connection remotely • Guided colleagues through installation and log in process of RSA Soft Token process on laptops and or desktop PC’s
