Daily Duties at Insight Communications:
• Responsible for administering basic broadband and VOIP technical support to customers of local area networks acting in part as a Network Administrator • Troubleshoot and explain LAN & WAN networks to broadband customers • Respond to inbound telephone calls regarding various issues of Internet connectivity
