Daily Duties at Rocktenn:

• Utilized Passport Asset Management System to search for existing equipment, record new equipment and to identify and remove dispersed equipment, creating catalog ID and tracking shipped equipment. • Performed field walk downs to build bill of material, identify critical equipment, spare parts, and record name plate data for new equipment and obsolete, replacement or relocated equipment. • Supported plant operations by consulting with maintenance personnel, reviewing and revising PI&D, electrical drawings from vendor and manufacture to identify asset optimization of equipment. • Collaborated with vendors and manufactures to obtain operation and maintenance manuals (O&M) for new and existing equipment, including technical, lubrication, vibration and basic care reliability/validity information. • Evaluated product data and design from inspections and reports for conformance to engineering principles, customer requirements and quality standards. • Reviewed performance reports and documentation from customers and field engineers to inspect malfunctioning or damaged products.
