Daily Duties at Hughes Rentals:
- Source prospective applicants from 18 online job board sites and support new leads through the application process - Support the CEO/Founder with administrative tasks such as organizing files, communicating directly with clientele, and scheduling appointments - Interview prospective tenants, give them a tour of open apartment units, and discuss monthly payments as well
