Coordinate and direct SBS requirements identification, analyses, and changes Maintained requirements traceability relational database, CORE / DOORS to capture SBS requirements changes Prepared verification requirements traceability matrices from SBS requirements documents Analyzed and assess risks to the SBS program resulting from NAS changes Conducted functional and physical configuration audits (FCA / PCA) of SBS Prepared change review packages, chair SBS Requirements Review Board (RRB) meetings Captured and reported RRB decisions, issues, and actions to senior management Identified, mitigated, and escalated risks impacting project completion to senior engineering management team Managed a 15 member integrated requirements team to ensure SBS requirements actions are properly managed, recorded, and status
