• Provide strategic organizational design, change management, team effectiveness, leadership development, team communications and developments, Conflict Management, strategy and transformational change training • Serve as technical expert in the area of coaching, mentoring, skills development to students • Design and develop training programs and curriculum for instructor-led, distance learning courses • Design and deliver multi-media training designed to motivate and develop leadership skills • Serve as expert trainer in Organizational Development and Management Training with focus in the following areas: • Solutions Focused Leadership, Qualitative/Quantitative research methods, Conflict Management, , Corporate Ethics and Management, Strategic Change Management, Team Development • Provide expert advice on research methodologies: quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methodologies • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring on dissertations • Research and writing • Supervise student
