• Served as Project Manager facilitating over 100 processes and documentation workshops to design and review policies, plans, and processes with quality metrics to improved operational services • Collaborate with FAA SME across functional teams and across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs) and Service Offices (SOs) to determine compliance with quality management standards, FAA regulations, NIST, FISMA, DOT policies and regulations o Effort lead to the successful re-organization of the FAA’s management and IT organization • Develop work instructions, procedures, and metrics to ensure programs, systems, contracts, and employees are performing work in accordance with stipulated organizational and federal standards and regulations. • Collaborated with all lines of businesses, service offices, and SMEs to lead and facilitate process design workshop • Lead process design, writing and editing team • Successfully liaised and lead project effort with SMEs and stakeholders to conduct research, analysis of process data (AOD), compile data, assess performance metric, goals, models, graphic simulation to identify root causes of problems from multiple lines of business for the half-yearly Analysis of Data (AOD) and Management Reviews (MR) • Conduct internal surveillance and assessments • Identify and track nonconformities and Opportunities For Improvement (OFIs) to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions • Work with SME and Stakeholders to ensure timely and effective implementation of correction actions • Assist SME in carrying out root cause analysis in addressing nonconformities • Monitor processes for conformance as their use deviates during organization's transition to AFN • Periodically review processes and ensure any non-conformance are tracked and corrected • Develop presentations, briefings, process documents for management review and delivery at management meetings Communicate results of Analysis of Data at executive management review meetings • Conducted quarterly, and half-yearly management reviews • Create monthly reports, review expense reports
