Daily Duties at Blue Streak Sports Training:
Coordinated the Production and Budgeting for the video department Collaborated with Diana Grunow Productions to develop annual budget forecast and manage the production budget on an ongoing basis. Facilitated and supervised all shoots and interviews; including hiring and managing freelance shooters and producers; on-site producing; supervising multiple shoots, liaison with speakers and conference partners. Supervised the post production work-flow, including: hiring and scheduling of freelance editors media Management, overseeing final quality of edited video clips and ensuring final upload of content to the video platform. Assisted in creative development of new audio and video features. Created and maintained vendor relationships.
