Constructed a system for Welcome Orientation. Developed an Action Plan for Emergency Services (Ambulance / Hospital) Assigned jobs responsibilities for camp (Airport Driver, Director of Operations, volunteers). Engineered all field events. Acquired and organized facilities & staff. Negotiated collaboration: FBU-Rich McGuiness, BlueStreak-Matt Cole, Stamford Youth Foundation-Tony Spadaccinni and The City of Stamford. Reinforced the FBU philosophy: Army All American Bowl, Youth All American Bowl, and Hawaiian / Polynesian-Mainland Bowl. Managed and assigned PR for (Army Representatives, Local Paper, etc)
