Provided contract administrative and supervisory contract management services for the Public Health Department as a middle management level administrator; Supervise and monitor, through subordinate professional, technical and clerical personnel, the development, coordination and monitoring of all contract activities for the Health Department. This includes developing, implementing, evaluating, and revising departmental contract processing policies and procedures, including writing and revising contract language.
