I Manage lab activities and perform cancer research.I successfully generated INrf2/Keap1 conditional knock out mice by using LoxP/Cre system and HR techniques which does express Keap1 protein in tissue specific after Cre-induction. I have experience in mice liver, lung and skin cancer disease models.
