Daily Duties at Ridgeway Portrait Design:

SALES/MARKETING/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT •Manage a thriving photography business with revenues of over a half million dollars. •Developed, implemented and update organization’s strategic marketing plan for ongoing growth. •Create special promotions, write and design print and outdoor advertising and coordinate timing of marketing on a weekly basis. •Write and design quarterly e-mail newsletters to over 1,900 customers utilizing Constant Contact. •Created and update website using HubSpot and WordPress as effective marketing tools. •Maintain daily social marketing resources - blog, FaceBook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn. •Created and foster collaborative relationships with outside businesses, such as healthcare, day spas and wellness centers, that serve our target market. Enhance business development and customer base through cross-marketing promotions. DETAIL MASTERY AND ORGANIZATION •Built clientele based on a high percentage of repeat clientele and referrals, maintaining 2,700 + customers. •Manage all aspects of day-to-day operations. •Oversee client scheduling for office, averaging 40 appointments weekly. •Perform accounts payable and receivable, process over 500 invoices per year and perform all budgeting functions, such as expenses and cash flow reports. •Supervise, mentor and lead 6 full-time employees. •Direct front-office operations on a daily basis, ensuring impeccable customer service.
