Responsible for all program administration for Child Welfare and Adoptions programs in two counties Provided oversight of all personnel administration for over fifty employees Managed budget for over $10 million dollars Maintain state and federal standards for community-based care Provide staff development and training in accordance with state level standards for foster care and adoption Preformed RFP evaluations for nonprofit grants Collaborated with community partners Performed home visits to foster children and their families. Helped enable courts to make decisions in the best interest of the child.
