Interim Video Coordinator Produced award-winning coverage of various news events through photos, video and writing for the newspaper and website. Produced the first successful live-streaming chat project in collaboration with the Times’ marketing department’s project with Tampa Bay Rays. Tampa Bay Times became one of first newspapers stream live breaking news by creating production protocol. Provided Final Cut Pro tutoring so photographers successfully shot and edited video. Selection of stories with compelling video and photos while working with various department editors. Created a successful protocol for streaming live events using LiveStream software. Picture Editor Pasco County, Fla. Helped photographers win local and national awards through instruction and photo stories. Successfully launched three new sections of the paper covering one of Florida’s largest geographic counties. Organize photographers’ daily assignments, performance reviews, meetings and vacations. Supervised seasonal interns, instructing in strategy on covering stories and advising on career paths
