Daily Duties at High Lakes Properties Llc:

My responsibilities at High Lakes Properties ranged from initial land acquisition, through the build out of roads and infrastructure, to design and planning of new home construction through final inspection of the home and turning the homes over to there new owners. I would start with a bare piece of land, and work with the engineers and the city to have the subdivision designed, submitted to the city and approved for build out. Once the project was approved, I would bid out the project, award the job, and manage the build out of roads and infrastructure and through recording the lots with the city. During the process of the roads and infrastructure being installed, I would work with architects in designing the homes and placing them on the lots. Once the lots were recorded I would submit for permits and begin the cost estimate and building the schedule for the build out of the homes. When permits were pulled I would manage the build out and completion of all of the homes through final inspection and turning the homes over to the new owners. I would review and approve each pay request on each home through out every phase of completion, and walk the sites with the bank representative to verify that the percentage of completion was accurate and matched the pay request.
