• Scout for land for potential projects and perform necessary due diligence, including creating a pro-forma to see what the potential profit margin would be. In the process of looking for land for potential projects, I would start with studying the demand for a certain type of real-estate, whether it be residential, multi-family, commercial, industrial, etc. Manage the construction of commercial buildings and land developments. Create a line item job cost using AIA format. Create the critical path for projects, schedule and coordinate subcontractors and vendors and manage employees. Insure projects stayed within the budget and on schedule. I would work with realtors, landowners, and end users to ensure the projects met the needs of all the clients and end users. In addition, my daily responsibilities would include all of the tasks written in CGH northwest.
