Daily Duties at Self Employed:

After retiring from NASA, I applied my extensive experience in project and product development as an independent consultant. A Project Management Professional (PMP #1651299) certification also complements my 30+year’s experience of program and project management. My clientele includes established as well as start-up high-tech firms requiring the skills of a senior project manager. Once under contract, the clients existing accounting and reporting processes are adopted for seamless transition. I specialize in helping clients capture new opportunities by thoroughly planning project content, identifying acquisition and development risks, and risk mitigations that improve opportunities for business capture. Templates are liberally used as a cost-effective means of standardizing the planning process for comprehensiveness. Templates include: business case, product description, project plan, risk management, organization, responsibilities, budget and cost, change control, and quality.
