I was an integral part of the Nextel Retail Wireless Team, who not only received personal rewards for a job well done, but shared in the entire team's successes. Exceeded sales and service objectives by providing world-class service to numerous customers in the NRS 633 retail store and other corporate owned retail store locations in the Boston metro area. I also provided service repair, and information technology wireless solutions selling to meet the customer's specific wireless needs. I sold products and services as well as actively solicited new customers inside and outside store hours. I was responsible for strategically identifying, prospecting and growing small to mid-market business accounts and/or State and Local Public Sector accounts. I helped build revenue generating sales pipeline that mainly consisted of prospective accounts and also some existing customers. I worked within a team environment and partnered with the account management team to maintain and grow accounts. I had the ability to effectively build and manage a sales funnel. In addition, I worked side by side with numerous prospective customers as a professional wireless consultant to analyze their wireless business needs and make recommendations on solutions that benefited my clients.
