Daily Duties at Noack Organ Co:
International sourcing experience. Strong technical and analytical skills; process-driven with acute attention to detail. Knowledge of sourcing methodology, sourcing policies and procedures, and supplier relations. Working knowledge of ERP systems as related to Purchasing. Working knowledge of eSourcing, Procure to Pay. Adept with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and Powerpoint. Experience with Access and Data Warehouse. market research, developing supplier road maps, data management, supplier selection, optimization analysis, negotiations, risk mitigation, and contracting. Support Planning and Operations with continuous improvement activities, supply optimization, safety stock levels and lead-time reductions Where appropriate, either lead or participate in collaborative corporate, cross-functional teams to develop actionable sourcing opportunities, as well as manage the supply base Drive projects to reduce supply chain lead-times and total cost of ownership by implementing lean activities within the supplier’s processes Develop, implement and manage low cost regional proposal activities Establish a strong network and foster collaboration with customers, suppliers, key stakeholders, and category team members
