Daily Duties at Tao Nightclub I Asian Bistro I Beach:

I helped make life easier for the bussers, bartenders and cocktail waitress team and organized the back of the house hallways, inventory stock rooms for bussers and everyone to more easily locate their tools of the trade; rocks, high ball glasses, ash trays, transport carts, linens, towels, cleaning supplies, tables, chairs, VIP red velvet stansion ropes, candles, and etc.. I cut lemons, limes, oranges, with a machine cutter, prepped cocktail drink condiments, strawberry and chocolate mint silver trays, made sure the bar ice tubs were stocked and ready for service for all 8 long bar stations. Help busser team light the 150-200 candles, stairs, each night Worked with management to help organize and take inventory of the 2 main alcohol beverage stock rooms. I helped cocktail waitresses, bussers and team clean and reset VIP booths and tables for bottle service during active party events while in service and also during pre-set operations before nightclub was open. Provided excellent customer service to guests while nightclub was active at night. I assisted management, staff and TAO team in all ways possible while on shift duty.
