Daily Duties at Heidelberg Distributing :
Getting my foot in the door in order to establish relationships with store managers in an attempt to sell and market as much product as possible. Meet and exceed company quota's by developing rapport and building brand awareness. Present products to key decision makers in order to get product placement where the customer can see the item. Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints in a prompt and effective manner. Recognize and understand competitive products, features, strengths in relation to the company’s products. Develop action plans (weekly, quarterly, monthly) by analyzing quarterly and monthly sales figures and reports, identifying the needs of particular accounts and discussing issues with the sales manager to help the organization achieve its annual goals. Demonstrate skills in sales planning , organization and execution.
