Performed in depth detailed research of software and methodologies Delivered excellence in all aspects of the development process, from understanding the needs of the customer, laying out design, developing applications, and testing software Contributed to an atmosphere of cross-functional teamwork within the organization Adhere to standards and best practices, and helped identify when the standards and best practices are no longer valid Constantly seek opportunities to learn and improve team processes
