I was responsible for operating a business from the ground up. I was in complete control and had the freedom to choose what direction I wanted the business to head in. I chose which strategic partnerships, relationships and clients I wanted to work with to help me grow the business. Monitored the industry trends and educated prospective, repeat and New clients about the constant changes happening in the ongoing and ever-changing Vegas landscape and marketplace. I wore many hats from project, sale and marketing manager to sales, branding and business development officer. Played an advisory consultant role to many of our clients and events management coordinator.
