a. Processed, batch, code, and input operation invoices weekly; b. Reviewed invoices thoroughly to ensure billing are in accordance with contracts, purchase orders, work orders and packing slips c. Ensure balances are accurate and all invoices paid in timely manner and process Checks for payments. Obtain W-9 for new vendors and maintain file update for every vendor. Input cash receipts and applied to correct charges Reconcile Clients accounts, d. Prepare monthly statements. Closed A/P and A/R module for month end, reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
