Daily Duties at Netfriends Inc:
My day-to-day responsibilities consisted of: • Handling daily critical tickets • Taking calls from a wide range of clients to assist with critical issues such as downed VPN connections, vendor software not responding • Documenting all issues that arise and create a local knowledge base of issues that have been resolved for each individual client. • Travel to client’s locations to resolve critical issues that range from PC, Software, Network and Server issues. • Assist with project assessments and verify quotes, parts and labor have been added accordingly. • Last line of defense if issue could not be resolved in a timely manner it was to be escalated to me. • Monitor multiple clients’ servers and PC’s using N-Able monitoring software. • Monitor multiple clients’ servers and PC’s using Symantec Cloud
