Daily Duties at Coach America:
a. Full accounting Cycle: Journal Entries, Ledger Accounts, Unadjusted Trial Balance, Adjusting Entries, Adjusted Trial Balance, Financial Statement, Closing Entries & Post Closing Trial Balance b. Prepared financial Reports, budgets, Cost Reports and financial forecasts on a regular basis c. Oversee the accounting staff, and the financial analysts d. Mentoring accountants for purposes of ensuring that their accounting and analysis duties are done well e. Ensured that every expense is properly documented f. Payroll Management; 1099’s, W-2’s, Federal and State Employment Taxes. g. Process and reconciled all P-card charges. h. Ensured that the books of accounts are compiled every end of the month i. Ensured that the books of accounts are compiled at the end of every financial year j. Direct support to Audit Group internal/ Preparation special package for external auditors. k. Intercompany accounting, entries and reconciliation of general ledger accounts
