Close out project accounts upon project completion k. Estimating/ Scheduling and Maintenance of project-related records. l. Effectively communicate with Project Managers and Principals in Charge m. Prepared final invoice package containing draft and final invoices for all billable projects n. Collected and maintained files of the latest revision level documentation necessary to define product configuration. o. Interfaced with Product Line Planning Manager to plan and prioritize purchasing activities. p. Reviewed planned orders, create requisitions for purchased items, and manage approval process. q. Transmits and prioritizes approved purchase orders and supporting documents to supplier. r. Tracked orders and confirms system lead times, delivery dates, and costs, and maintained purchase orders until they are closed.
