Implementation of quality management systems. meet budget expectations, exceed customer KPI's while observing all Service Level Agreements, Oversee the warehouse operation of over 300,000 kg of freight handled daily. Maintain staffing levels, training programs and records. Monthly analysis of operational measurements and implementation of proactive measure to improve results. Implement SOP for timely ramp operations and flight turnarounds
