Daily Duties at Accenture:
• Responsible to work as Supply Chain Domain expert for SCM capability and provide expertise to win new deals in SCM space. • Involved in pre-sales and deals’ formalization activity. • Responsible for project management, implementation and supporting the i2 Supply Chain Planner, SAP-SCM deliverable at the client end. Review and design the technical architecture, modeling and functional requirement. • Responsible to staff the new team to support the project, stabilize and finalize the service level agreement. • Interact with the clients’ Key Business users for regular feedback and communicate the same to the team members. • Responsible to look out for the opportunities to increase the scope of maintenance and support for the project. • Responsible for preparation of weekly status report, KPI reporting and monitoring, team mentoring, career guidance to team members, managing budget, induction of new team members etc. • Responsible to manage the team of engineers who are working on internal project. Mentor the SE and SSE to enhance SAP-APO skill and develop the lateral cross trained. Manage the performance appraisal, skill assessment, and training needs identification of the team.
