Develop the SCM expertise through training and mentoring. • Responsible of working on new RFPs response, proposal presentation, understanding client requirement, generating statement of work etc. • Mapping the requirements and providing best solutions by working on evaluation and definition of scope of project and finalization of project requirements. • Providing end-to-end management of multiple projects from conceptualization and visualization to technology mapping and final execution of the projects. • Delivering and implementing the project as per the scheduled deadlines; extending post-implementation and maintenance support to the technical team and client. • Lead the Center of Excellence of i2 practice. Responsible for team building and client building. • Responsible to maintain professional certification by the PMI® and to mentor others to build competencies.
