Worked in family owned construction company managing all phases of construction projects from land clearing to close of sale; Built approximately 300 homes including 3 subdivisions (Deer Run, Waverly Point and Chickasaw); Managed 10-12 associates and over 50 sub-contractors in the construction of homes; Utilized state of the art technology and materials to improve the construction process and as a result was featured in 84 Lumber Magazine for the Southeast Division in 1996; Maintained construction budgets to insure that projects were being built in a cost conscious manner and within build times.
