Provide field supervision and oversight for the construction of approximately 60 home ranging in value from $200K to over $750K; Maintain construction schedules and work activities for all sub-contractors, monitor work-in-progress and completed regular inspections with county officials for homes in various stages of construction; Communicated with home owners throughout the construction process to build confidence and trust; Complete all projects with approved budgets and coordinate with others in reviewing and updating requirements for each job; Interact with management to address and work through any issues to insure completion of the projects to the expected standards.
