Daily Duties at Apple Inc.:
• Support International Regional Director and manage complex calendar, schedule meetings, arrange travel and manage expenses and plan high profile offsite events. • Work on special projects such as creating revenue reports and approved expenses. • Support store staffs for thirteen Apple stores located in Japan, China and Australia. • Support with recruiting and hiring seminars and interview candidates. • Coordinating with HR manager and HR team and prepare paperwork. • Working with mentor team to prepare trainings and setting up training schedules.
